Review: A Million Little Pieces

I hated reading this book, read about 100 pages. Couldn't make myself read the rest. The writing is terrible, the language terrible, the story embellished and insincere. Wouldn't even donate and put into anyone else's hands...

Now don't sugar coat it on our account =) If you have a fireplace it'll make good kindling.

Amy, Sorry to be so blunt. But really? It is terrible.

I had a hard time with this one too, and I didn't finish it. Enough with the stream of consciousness no period in the whole sentence writing (right?!), as well as the whole drug addict theme. I don't want to read about that much dysfunctionality.

Good for you for knowing when to stop. I read the whole thing last year and hated the whole thing--part of the reason why I gave myself permission to stop reading Miles From Nowhere last month.

Bellezza: I am glad to know that I am not the lone ranger in the hate club for this book. I still am wondering how it made a best seller?

Trish: There are too many great books ready for us to escape to. No sense in wasting time...
